This policy explains what personal information Celagenix Academy (the "Platform") collects and how it is used, consistent with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and equivalent data-protection laws in the jurisdictions the Platform serves.
What we collect
Name, email address, organisation, and role, supplied when an administrator provisions an account. Learning activity — video watch progress, quiz attempts and scores, certificates issued — tied to that account. Basic technical data (IP address, browser) is retained briefly for security logging.
How we use it
To operate the training platform: authenticate users, track and report on learning progress to the relevant organisation administrator, and issue certificates. Aggregated, de-identified engagement data may be used to improve course content.
Who can see it
A learner's own data is visible to that learner, their organisation's administrators, and Celagenix platform administrators — never to another organisation.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by asking your organisation administrator or contacting your Celagenix representative directly.
