Terms of Service

These terms govern access to and use of Celagenix Academy (the "Platform"), operated by Celagenix (Pty) Ltd ("Celagenix", "we"). By logging in or using the Platform, an organisation and its users agree to these terms.
1. Accounts
Access to the Platform is provisioned by Celagenix or by an organisation's administrator. Each learner account is personal and may not be shared. Organisations are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied for their own users.
2. Content & certificates
Training content, quizzes, and any certificate of completion issued through the Platform remain the intellectual property of Celagenix and its licensors. A certificate reflects completion of Platform requirements at the time it was issued and does not itself constitute professional or legal certification unless expressly stated on the certificate.
3. Acceptable use
Users may not attempt to circumvent access controls, share login credentials, extract or redistribute training content, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Availability
Celagenix aims to keep the Platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance with or without notice.
