King Code (IV/V)
King V for South African Retirement Funds
King V asks your board to prove it governed, not just endorse a code. This module shows retirement fund trustees exactly what apply and explain demands at the board table.

This module explains the King V Code (2025) and shows what it asks of a retirement fund board, meeting by meeting.
The governing-body duty it describes is the same whether you sit on a board of directors, a board of trustees, a public-entity council or accounting authority, or a body corporate. It grounds every point in South Africa's own binding law, the Pension Funds Act 24 of 1956. Three units take you from what the Code is, to writing a disclosure that proves your board applied it, to what oversight, accountability and responsibility mean for you personally.
