About this module

This module places retirement fund trustees squarely inside the law that governs them: the Pension Funds Act, the FSCA Conduct Standard on training, and the fiduciary duty to put members first.

It speaks to the governing body in every form: boards of directors, boards of trustees, councils and accounting authorities, and body corporate trustees. Two units, about 30 minutes. Intermediate means we assume you already know what a retirement fund is. We start where the accountability starts: with you, the trustee. [137/180 chars, PASS]. Promoted lead line, shown large above the body.

The tool
Retirement Fund Board Conduct Standard Readiness Assessment
Rates retirement fund board readiness against the FSCA Conduct Standard.
